I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?

I have an offer from Cognizant which has delayed my previous date of joining from 15 june to 24 july and it provides a hybrid work model. Whereas I also have offer from TCS where they are asking me to join as early as possible as 11 june is my last working day at current organisation and TCS has strict 5 days work from office and they have lot many projects in TCS. Only 10 days left for my notice period. Which offer should I accept and join? I want job safety and don't want to be on bench for a long time. I'm confused which organisation should I join? Compensation is almost same in Cognizant and TCS. TCS is giving 1 LPA more than cognizant. Please anyone suggest. Having 4 years of experience and TCS is hiring me as IT Analyst grade C2 where as cognizant has hired me as developer role.
As per my opinion you should go with TCS as waiting for Cognizant for about 40 days is not worth it. Both TCS and Cognizant are service based companies so both are 99% the same. I would suggest taking opinions from a few more people and don't make any decisions from only my opinion.
I'm in the same situation. I'm an experienced professional and they have provided my joining on mid june. But hr called me told that due to organisational changes we have postponed joining on end of July. Unable to decide what to do. Already resigned from my current organisation.
