Cleared Accenture Skill interview by answering almost all the questions and received congratulatory mail for HR round and submitting all documents. Then after a week received a call from HR saying that due to some technical issue, the skills round will happen again and an online assessment was set up. In the assessment, questions which were not directly related to the profile were asked and then a rejection mail was received. Does this happen a lot?
What is the hiring process of persistent systems? I am done with one technical round and got an email with subject line as 'feedback' but in mail it is written that they will get in touch with me. What does that mean? Will there be more technical round or managerial round?

Make sure you understand the role you applied for, if not ask questions to get clarification. Ask questions of your interviewers — when I interview I always save some time at the end for candidate questions and I like when candidates have some! They don’t have to be super intense/detailed, simple questions about company culture, day to day activities etc are fine. Having questions shows me you are interested or want to learn more.
