Got 6 lakh jump in HCL with technical specialist role ? wanted to know how HCL is doing with regards to SAP projects? I heard it has more Support Projects, is it true? I see variable pay is 4.4 lacs how this works? I heard they use some application to monitor resources hours in front of laptop? is this seriously monitored? Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected.
