Need some guidance from senior folks!
I have around 8 years of experience in Data Analytics and am well versed in ML also. But I am not getting any calls through Naukri which I used to get when I had 5-6 years of experience. Also, I am on the bench for the last few days and getting tensed day by day.
Any suggestions what should I do or what should I even do to get calls from the recruiter (apart from updating Naukri profile daily)?

I joined IBM on last week of May 2022, was on bench till 20th November 2022 and got allocated to project on 21 November 2022.

I’ve been on the bench with less than 10% utilization for 3wks now. I’m a first year and the past month has been slower with not many new projects coming in. I do see a few new projects come in every week but I’m not getting staffed on them. Should I be worried? Should I ask my PM if I should be worried? We’re in a pretty small group less than 20 people
