Hi fishes, I declined the offer from Pwc AC bangalore on July 28th by sending an email to HR, communicated the same to us_pwc_ac_bangalore_recruitment_services@pwc.com. But I keep getting these emails to complete pre-hiring formalities and daily reminders for the same. How can I make them update the status in system? Also are there repercussions of rejecting an offer. I rejected 3 days after acceptance. PwC Pwc AC

Hey, I have 4 YOE and currently a manager at PwC and have been managing teams for a little over a year now. My role mainly consists of leading teams of engineers deliver MVPs to our clients.
If I wanted to exit to Google or Facebook (Meta) what role would align for me? I was looking at engineering manager roles but unsure if that’s too senior for me.

Luck is a huge part of this and as you get more senior (especially for industry roles) there’s often a specific profile they are looking for. But that aside:
1. Have a good pitch about tell me about yourself that’s concise but informative and relevant to the role
2. A well researched reason for wanting the role/firm
3. Real and relevant examples to behavioral questions using STAR method.
4. Genuine enthusiasm about the role of
5. Thoughtful and engaging questions for the interviewer
6. Good presentation/communication skills
7. If relevant, strong case performance or technical interviews
It can take a lot of prep and practice do well in all the above.
Thank you, this is helpful. Would you recommend interviewing coaching or do you know anyone who has gone down that route?
I would have 3 things that I felt were differentiators that I needed to find a way to make them come across in an interview. These 3 things Made me more comfortable since I had something to fall back on in conversation but also became a way I could sell myself. But the comment above has a very good summary.
