Need some help, have been interviewing here and there over the past 5 years as opps have come up and have yet to get offers even for roles I am very qualified for. Reflecting on this, I definitely need to improve my interviewing skills…what would you recommend I do to improve this skill and the likelihood of landing an offer (interview coach?)

I’m reviewing my resume getting ready to start my job search and have a question for recruiters, hiring managers. I’m looking for a role brand-side not agency side. Specialist roles aside, such as digital, when you see someone describing themselves as a “generalist marketer” is this a resume you’d pass on? My past roles have been such that I do a lot of marketing projects, tasks etc. but I’m not a specialist. I’m worried if I use this terminology I won’t even be considered for a role. Thank you

Hi guys, is it really hard to get a foreign job? I have just started applying for some positions through linkedin jobs. Are there better ways than linkedin? Also my experience is relatively less. I have one year of experience but I'm confident in my skills. What do you suggest? Is it too early and am I lacking experience or do they hire people with less experience also?

Is it ok to tell your boss/job that you're looking to transition to product, and tell recruiters you're looking for roles in product before you've quit your other job? Or should I wait until I get an offer before telling anyone. I don't want to lose my job or disappoint my boss but product is where I want to end up and I'm working towards that.
