I would let a couple days pass. Take a sick day and chill. Use it to update your resume. Remember that if you walk away with no notice, the work falls to your team and probably no impact for who you’re really mad at. Start to dial back and use that energy to look for a new job. Easier to get a job when you have a job.

I have an AI agent that reviews old work if I point it at a folder and then identifies flaws based on current understanding. Sometimes I use this to sell more. Other times I use this to scare partners I dont like with words like 'liability' and 'exposure', particularly if they forced my hand on something.
