Got a flat through broker, paid token of one month rent 34k. Then next day owner started saying he will take 1 lac deposit instead of 80k we decided.

He said he told broker the same and now broker is also staying on his words.

Broker said I will talk and get back token but he is not picking phone most of the times.
Owner also not picking up, what action should i take.

Should I lump sum $150k into the market or DCA? Just looking to grow the money, no other short term plans.

Hi Group, seems like it should be basic format, but I just can not get it to work. a list of data and want to alternate shade (blue,white,blue,etc) each line but if I have multiple lines I want to group together and they all shade the same. I want to group by the same data in column A, and the number of rows that are the same could vary. Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad.
