Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

"Trust me, I'm pretty humble" is such a hilarious response to being accused of humble bragging
#humblebrag. Congrats though
Nobody knows....its provocative. It gets people going
Haha worked from home last 2 months. Trust me, I'm pretty humble haha. Thanks though
So it's not that cut and dried unfortunately. Every professional has their weighted average score calculated according to two dimensions which are based on the 2 performance questions in the snapshot evals (e.g. Would you always want this person in your team? Would you assign highest raise and bonus if it were your money?). That score is then plotted against a cohort of your peers to determine if you're high, medium or low. That is then combined with metric position (utilization, sales, etc.) and intangibles communicated by your counselor, compliance, etc. the partners then look at all that and arbitrarily decide how much of a raise they want to give you. So....same as it ever was, just so much less transparent.
That's only 2 questions bro. Your true rank is determined at round table. So you may or may not be 4 of 170.
D1. I agree with you, but aren't raises determined by rating 1, 2, 3, etc not by let's say give John Doe 15% for his 1 rating and Jane Doe 12% for her 1 rating ?
I fuckin hate this new rating system. They eliminated this ranking class system from high schools, colleges, and from Silicon Valley because it doesn't increase performance. Why the fuck would Deloitte do it?
How does new system work?
Interesting. So every senior gets a ranking, like class rank in high school? Seems tough. Our partners have a hard enough time fitting everyone into the 5 tiers
To make transparency even worse, there's apparently still an internal rating 1-5 that won't be communicated to us and that's where the raises will be determined...or so the rumor has it....
D2, no. No more ranks and even when there were ranks they could vary the raise amounts within each rank. Bonuses were basically handed out based on the MO leader's favorites.
