New hire here on the bench for going on 3 weeks this week! How is the bench looking for GPS RFA?

Been networking and have possible leads but nothing set in stone yet since everything is still getting contracts squared away before staffing can happen. How long is too long for a new hire to be on the bench?

I heard a lot of people are in bench or logging time sheet in unbilled codes in nagarro. Is it true? What is the bench policy there and do they fire us if we are on bench for some “x” months

Hi fishes , I've joined Deloitte 2.5 months back as FullStack Java developer with 1 year of total IT experience , I'm still on bench and RM is not able to find a project for me yet , I keep mailing her weekly for updates but no luck she just replies with template reply , I'm really frustrated , can someone suggest me anything on this , should I start looking out for options outside

Anyone have any advice breaking into LIS work? I’m looking into getting away from the bench with stable hours. If you have any other suggestions let me know. I’ve looked into clinical research, but half the time they want a nursing degree.

Joined LTI in June in Citi bank account. But still no onboarding. Many people waiting for VDI. Manager said it's freeze from Citi side process is slow. Now they have started releasing people. It's easy to get another project on bench. Will LTI ask to resign?
