Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

She may have meant you personally.
haha gud one .. Btw She told me region since this place had no state tax , can u answer the question straight?
No, because your question involves other considerations (including the one you've already identified, but didn't disclose: region). In addition to region/office, it also depends on your line of consulting, prior experience, and prior salary (at least in your first year) among other things.
Initial offers really do vary, with the exception of first-years, and then slowly merge with everyone else's; so when I mention "you personally", it may very well be the most generous offer based on your personal application. We can't answer your question without more information (*Hint: tossing out the actual number and region would help this thread get there faster).
Point noted ..okay but what would the average be ?
