Quarantining at home by myself. Find myself working more than I did before (and anticipating monetary benefits when that time comes.) But grateful to have a job and health insurance.
self isolating all alone and loving it. talk to friends and family online and by phone every day. and go outside for a short walk once a week or so. but not seeing anybody i know in person or having any obligation to go anywhere has been SO good for my mental health. i’m feeling way less anxiety than usual.
Quarantining with my dog and two cats, who make the workday more distracting but more enjoyable. I’m a bit of a homebody normally, so the remote work doesn’t bother me too much (it’s actually kind of nice), but I know I’ll never take things like restaurants and shops and beaches for granted again!
At home with husband. Strain to be working next to each other and basically not apart except for daily workouts (he likes to run and I prefer Pilates). FaceTiming with family and friends every couple days. Overall, I’m grateful to have what we have. But definitely going stir crazy and having lots of lay-off anxiety.
Quarantined with my wife, and our animals: 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 rats, and a turtle. We are homebodies too, so this hasn't been as hard, but I do miss going out to dinner, shopping, movie theater, etc.
Quarantining alone, and loving it for now.
All by my self at home but text the boyfriend and a few friends daily. I still have my weekly survivor watch party with my friend but we do it over FaceTime instead of hosting it. Working has been pretty good but it’s been slower on my end lately. I try to get out and go running every couple of days just to clear my head.
i love it. this is like my weekly drag race watch party with a group of friends. we’ve been on google hangout video calls and syncing up our tvs to play back.
Quarantining with my wife, just got married in January, my birthday is next week. It’s an interesting time for sure. Working way more than I was previously but the money is nice
Started a new job (in industry) a week before the NY pause/stay-at-home order, so it’s been an interesting orientation. Quarantined solo (with my dog) for three weeks before it felt like i was losing my mind, so we relocated to my parents with my sister and her fiancé, so it’s like a big slumber party every night. She’s a sommelier and he was a director at a distillery in Napa, so they’re keeping us well-supplied with a wonderful beverage selection every evening. We’ve been playing lots of games, doing lots of face masks, and taking the pups for a walk every day... just trying to stay sane!
My wife and I are both working from home. Our 2 cats love it. Zoom daily with my audit team seems to keep us connected. I’d love to keep working from home when possible once this is over. Definitely less distractions
Quarantined out in Texas, got locked down with the GF before the SAH orders came out, been a nice month ;)
I’ll go first 👋. Staying at home w family (mom, sister and my dog). So far it’s going good and I’m enjoying wfh more everyday, but I start the Q review next week so I’m afraid all of my free time will go away 😭
