I used to use my SPG card when traveling for EY... you can still use your card and expense it.

I do a good amount of travel and can hit most spending limits as I tend to be the one who pays for a lot of group dinners/trips with friends and they pay me back.

I pay all my bills off in full by the due date and have never missed a payment. Figured if I spend this much I might as well take advantage of a signup bonus or points

Should still get SPG Amex for all spending that's not restaurants/travel/5x freedom categories

Hi all, I am looking for feedback/advice on if I am approaching investing right? I know it may seem like I have an idea but I am self-doubting and would appreciate any pivots/advice.

Savings: $14k

Emergency Fund Saved: $12k (on top of 14k in savings)

Stock Portfolio Worth: $70k (Only $5k in ETF, rest in various Stocks)

Pros: our, and baby’s, financial futures will be completely set, allowing me to switch to a normal 9-5 and be present for years 5-college

Cons: miss a lot in those first 5 years

Looking at fee increases for 2021 tax compliance and probably going for 10% increase with most clients to account for increases to wage levels this year. I’m expecting to negotiate down to 5-8% on some clients. With producer price index at 8.6% I’m hoping to successfully sell clients on the reality of higher fees. Those that want to fire me over fees I feel ok losing clients with decreasing profitability that can be replaced within a year. What kind of increase are you pursuing?
