OP, yes. I like to drink my magnesium (Natural Calm is great for this), or capsules will work too.
LCHF is a low residue diet generally so the stool volume will be lower for most people. Totally normal
I made some chia pudding to help with that and it helped. Also more dark leafy greens.
+1 on magnesium. Will also help you sleep and relax overall

Constipation is very common on keto because we lose both water and fiber we usually get from carbs. Make sure you’re consuming enough fats, drink extra water and consider adding a fiber supplement and/or probiotic!
My doc recommended miralax if I have constipation (IBS, not keto related) because it's not a stimulant and adds water to soften stool.
Also highly recommend a probiotic - they significantly help with my digestive system and have greatly improved my immune system (used to get sinus infections/colds 3-4+ times a year and now I may get a cold once a year)!
Daily fiber supplements help. I got them at Whole Foods

I’ve used a number of different brands but recently I’ve been using Ultimate Flora
I've heard that red meat stays inside if you for a lot longer, and I've been eating a lot

Another option is to fast (16 hours, or longer if you can), then drink some salt water. Be careful with fiber supplements — too much can actually worsen the problem.
Magnesium can help too.
