A lil background, post BBA I've worked at EXL, Big 4s
KPMG India, Deloitte) then Fintech. At big4s my role
was around revenue generation for Advisory vertical and at Fintech it's Strategic partnerships. So a total of about 7.5 yrs of work experience

I interact with a lot of startups and have good connects hence getting into VC excited me.

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks

I’ve been in community corrections for almost two years. I love what I do in case management, for inmates working on reentry but I would like to explore other job roles and start making a better income.
