NY State Freelancers who were/are on unemployment. I have an active claim and receiving UI. Starting a gig this week for about a month. Any advise / tips on how to best claim the weeks while I’m working so I can get back to receiving UI benefits once the gig is over. Heard some people were having issues. Appreciate any advice🙏🏼

Generally curious how many companies offer phone reimbursement? My last gig did not but the current one does. Legally it seems, all employers are required to do so if we use our phone in literally any capacity (video call, slack, teams, emails etc). How prevalent is the issue of not reimbursing phone dues?
