Feeling burned out or anxious while common is not ‘normal’ in a sense that you should definitely try to change that and seek help. The sooner the better cause the more burned out you get the harder it is to get out of that state - sometimes it can take months or years to recover so don’t take it lightly
Try to regulate you regime and get good sleep, avoid alcohol or any mind numbing substances, pay attention to daily exercise however short, watch what you eat.
It’s basic but often burnout and/or anxiety is a sign that one of these body needs are not met
Beyond that try to locate what the issue is, it could be that you’re putting too much pressure on yourself to perform well, have some mindsets around work that are dragging you down or you’re simply trying to handle more than you can - it’s really individual. Good therapist can really help with this but you can also do this work by yourself if you read books or listen to podcasts on the subject
I’ve spent whole last year trying to recover from burnout so please look after yourself above all!
