Hi all,
I'm serving Notice period and last date shall be 13th May 2022. Can someone help me understand if the bands and compensation isn't release by that date, will that be adjusted in full and final settlement?? If so, what about the components, which all shall be credited in that FFS?
Thanks in advance.

Returning to work tomorrow like...

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.
https://ergochair.co/collections/chairs/products/ergonomics-mesh-chair-w-adjustable-headrest-and-armrest?variant=32511617597491
My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.
Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

Making new friends...ugh
Better name with Deloitte.
I would only make the switch for more money. Try to negotiate. That's a big life change to not get compensated. Remember your net worth. 👍🏼
Manger at Accenture is equivalent of experienced SC at Deloitte. You will have more asked of you at Deloitte as Manager. You should try to get better comp going to Deloitte. I made the switch from ACN to Deloitte. You will have to do a lot more firm work for good ratings at end of PY. The professional development opps are better at Deloitte. I wouldn't make the change esp going up a level at a marginal increase in salary
Negotiate for the salary. They should be compensating you for the loss of your internal network.
I'm not sure why Deloitte people feel as though it's not in the same tier. Better go for a salary bump
I think M levels are the same in ACN/Deloitte , having worked at both firms..If I were you, I would ask for an experienced manager position ( similar to Months at level in Accenture)
Mine was a different situation , moved to Strat from Tech post MBA..however , all things being equal , I don't think it is worth the switch
Made the switch - 3 months at Deloitte and tbh I think the caliber of people at Accenture Strategy was higher.
What level are you now?
A manager at Accenture as well.
Pro new experience. Con different culture may be a shock.
^ that's bullshit - managers in Accenture and Deloitte have similar responsibilities - had to takeover two projects from two former Deloitte S&O managers who moved to Accenture because they were overwhelmed - it's the person - not the role. That said if you want to rise up in consulting I would move to Deloitte - partner is a significantly better gig than MD
Does M level have sales targets for promotion at ACN?
A4, keeping the money out of it, was your switch worth leaving your network and how long did it take to build it up again?
