Join this job and keep looking for high paying jobs. It will take off pressure on you.
I interviewed with Dentsu for a job advertised at $110K annually, but HR said the highest they could offer was $90K non-negotiable. I went through 3 rounds of interviews and was rejected for a candidate that was open to a lower offer. I’m not sure why they offer a higher range when that’s never the case.
If you can deal with a lower salary for a few months, I suggest taking it and keep looking in the meantime. Best of luck!
This is good to know. Thank you
I agree with SF1. You can't really risk much if you need a job that badly. Just take what you can for now but don't stop your search. It's perfectly acceptable to move after just a few weeks/months for a better opportunity.
