Did an interview yesterday that was supposed to be behavioral, but turned out to be more like the case interviews I did in undergrad. I think I showed off my business knowledge, but he kept harping on my lack of an official framework (vs me saying "I'd explore it from different stakeholder perspectives: customer, line employee, management"); pretty sure he considered it a failure. I had a recruiter screening call that went well last Wednesday. He said I would hear something back in 24 - 48 hours. I sent a thank you email on Thursday morning and he said he enjoyed our conversation and my profile was submitted for review.

Should I be more patient or send a follow up? If so, what should I say?

Is it ok to tell your boss/job that you're looking to transition to product, and tell recruiters you're looking for roles in product before you've quit your other job? Or should I wait until I get an offer before telling anyone. I don't want to lose my job or disappoint my boss but product is where I want to end up and I'm working towards that.

Currently interviewing for a role at Amazon that is listed as a CW position, but I have direct experience in the product and capabilities this role is seeking, and the hiring manager is moving me forward. Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.
