1. Unless something has changed that I’m not aware of, yes, that is correct.
2. You get the E-5 w/dependent rate regardless if you have a dependent or not. I was single when I used my GI Bill and received E-5 w/dependent rate.

2: Pretty sure it’s standard across the board that we receive equivalent BAH as an E-5 with one dependent based on the zip code of the campus. Meaning we can’t add additional dependents.
1. When I brought this up as my GI was wrapping up, they told me this isn't exactly true. They reached out and negotiated with the program I was in. Because it fell into an acceptable range, they paid out. I didn't get any further explanation since my circumstance worked out but "everyone thinks that but it's not necessarily true" is what I got -- no great insight but wanted to call out as it seemed like there is some sort of limitation when I asked.
2. BAH is standard
That's great! I'm in Southern California. I will be looking into 1 year MBA program in Business Supply Chain. Any recommendations are welcome.
Do not do a faux MBA (MBV or accelerated one). Get a real one for a real return on your time.
My suggestion, switch over to VocRehab. You can convert and get the BAH through the entire program. I did it with my MBA
I am currently doing this with a Masters as well. Basically turned in 3 mos to get my program covered
