On a scale of 1-10, how complex do you think your company's insurance plan is?

Somewhere in the middle, probably around a 5. There are a few complexities (as is always the case with anything insurance related), but it's fairly straightforward for the most part.

4. I don't think it's too bad dealing with insurance. Finding an appropriate healthcare provider that works well with insurance is more of a headache.

I’d say mine is about a 7—there are lots of options, and it can get a bit overwhelming trying to navigate through them all. I’ve had to ask HR a few times for clarification on what’s covered. How about yours?

Hmm I feel like I would say a 5. I understand it really well but I used to work in that industry so I know a lot more than some people. However I still feel like overall its really not hard to decipher

Anyone know what kind of experience or certifications I should be aiming to get if I'm trying to break into a pentest role? I just graduated last year and have about a year of sysadmin experience and am trying to get into it asap. So, I'm already applying/job hunting and probably won't get much replies but. Should I be looking at more security analyst/admin roles first? Going for certs? Getting a masters? Wondering what I can do to improve my chances. TIA

I am currently a medical biller and coder that just graduated. I am currently in an entry level position because I am still studying to get certified. I will have a year's work of exp in July and will sign a contract for another year because my boss is training me in more I don't know.

I'm wondering what the pay is for someone in my position without certification. I live with family and want to afford to move out but I am single and only make $18/hr. Is that standard or am I being underpaid?

For any real estate investors

22 years old and currently focused on using my left over income to invest and pay off my debt. I am set to pay off my college loans by next year and, when I do, I want to look into investing into real estate. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get into/learn more about real estate investing? Or how I can have enough knowledge on the topic to be able to invest wisely when the time comes?

Any books? youtubers? etc. How did you all learn about it?

I’m a 2016 grad making $120k in a small to mid-size regional firm. I’m based in Nashville. My firm’s management is trying to survey other small to mid-size regional firms to get a feel for where the comp is now, especially in light of the big law increases that are making headlines, and to see just how far below market we may have fallen. Any additional data points from smaller regional firms (especially if you have a presence in Nashville or across the SE) would be appreciated! TIA
