Onboarding is often weak and doesn’t prepare new hires (esp. YPs) adequately for their role - do you agree? What’s your experience with onboarding?

Has anyone recently done a single-round super day (4 cases in a day) at McK? Want to know if the interviews were back to back and whether they were all straightforward/typically structured.

Is it a norm to send a thank you note through your recruiter? I had an iffy interview, and wondering if I bother sending a thank you note. It was very clear that they were trying to do a stress interview so I feel weird saying the usual nice things.

Why do recruiters never tell you which agency they want to talk to you about until they get you on the phone? I don’t want to waste anyone’s time and it would be helpful to know this info from the initial outreach. My experience with this only applies to healthcare, but would imagine it’s the same in consumer as well. Anyone?

Should one add their personal technology that are currently used for remote work on their resume? Seems most companies will provide the hardware and software needed.
