One of my colleague on H1b joined Deloitte an year back. When he initiated his GC, there was law firm change happening in Deloitte and his request was placed on hold. After constantly following up, for 5-6 months new law firm informed that he only has an year left before max out and refused to file PERM. He reached out to Talent too but with no result.His visa is expiring in next 4 months and recently Talent informed that he cannot take transfer to India due to annual freeze. Any options?

Question:
