1. Accenture - 8.5lpa CTC, 7lpa fixed, Production Support, Security domain, Sail Point technology
2. Tech Mahindra - 9.5lpa CTC, 8.5 fixed. AEM development
She is more interested in devlopment. But company wise Accenture is preferred. So please suggest.

I mean companies ask for payslips, relieving letter and docs before rolling out the offer.
After that also, they are checking addresses ,calling references, sometimes asking again for documents, sometimes even bank statement.
Seriously I don't believe that a professional would be required to do this much anywhere outside India.
Gives me a really weird feeling.
Moreover its not just 1 company so many are having such scrutiny. Anyone else feels the same ?

Hi, how do I make sure AWS AutoPredict uses the RTS (Related Time Series)? In my previous iteration it took the RTS and accuracy was good. But after I made some updates in the data, it is refusing to use the RTS. The black box nature of AutoPredict is causing a lot of confusion.
