Worked in big law since this summer. Feedback is that my legal writing is first class, but that I’m severely sub standard when it comes to aptitude for work as a lawyer with paying clients.

Internal auditor here, has anyone considered/gotten the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) Certification? If so, can you share any pros/cons regarding the certification?

Does industry have billable hours? At the big 4, we are required to work a certain number of hours each week and if we spend too much time on anything we are questioned on why it took so long. Is that a thing when you go in industry?

I wish someone would create a book entirely on copywriting or art direction daily exercises that train us juniors or students to get better since creativity is a muscle. Sure, hey Whipple or the ad concept book do have some exercises, but I want more exercises that are bit more structured.

Just read a LinkedIn post from someone who was laid off from Twitter. They mentioned how to had just spent the last week completing projects that should have taken several quarters to do. Then they were let go without a thought. Remember, your company is not your family.

I recently joined a new company with a 10.1LPA a month back.
Just two weeks back, my M.Tech. degree is completed.
Should I have some increment in my new company as to my M.Tech. completion?

One of my queries is regarding the Medical Insurance. As per the offer letter it mentions "Mediclaim Scheme with Floater Option of Self + 3 or Self + 5 with/without parents. " : INR. 150,000/- to INR. 3,000,000/- 
Does this mean that without paying extra, the med insurance is just 1.5L?

I wanted to know if anyone was having issues with their pharma branded Instagram accounts? My brand’s account was fine yesterday and now when you search it it’s not on IG. It’s a business account so it’s fully public. I reached out to a few brand managers and it’s hit or miss on if they’re brand is found. Cleared caches, incognito browser, and all. Hi, how do I make sure AWS AutoPredict uses the RTS (Related Time Series)? In my previous iteration it took the RTS and accuracy was good. But after I made some updates in the data, it is refusing to use the RTS. The black box nature of AutoPredict is causing a lot of confusion.

I was suppose to join a company (A) so completed there formalities but didn’t join them and send a offer rejection mail on the joining date and joined other organisation (B) on the next day, but the company A has marked my joining date on the uan portal and I if I try to mark exit then I could select date which is 3 months after my joining date but I rejected there offer on my joining date itself. Will it reflect as moonlighting if the exit is not marked? Even though I didn’t work there?
