Recruiter and I are in touch, and doesn't seem like that team is hiring yet. Does anyone have insider knowledge regarding this team or any people/organization team's hiring plans? Id really love to get back in the running...

What is avg. salary paid to a lead (manager level- 7+YOE) at Bain? Also how’s the WLB?

I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.
