Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

There are partners that make $400k while others make over $1m. Imagine explaining that to a bunch of people who think they’re demigods...
SA1 - you really think you're a star SA on a direct path to partnership yeah? I can just smell it from far away
Sweet summer child
Mostly bc it’s really complicated
No worries P1- I was only half serious aboutthis all. Just happy to have more willingness for transparency more than anything else. Case closed😃
Internally, at least to SMs and Ms who ask, I’ve found Principals to be pretty open about it.
It is more complex than a simple $X comp explanation though. Weird financing, contributing to firm capital, draws, tax cliffs...many things that just don’t exist with a salary/bonus structure. A real thorough explanation of Principal comp is probably a multi-hour presentation (which is actually given to Principal candidates).
Here is the thing. I’m happy to have a private conversation with individuals, but I’m not sharing a general public statement on comp. It’s gauche.
Reach out to a partner you know and ask to describe it and have a private conversation.

Saying “gauche” is, in and of itself, gauche.
I don’t know about you but at the new hire training the partners had a QA and someone asked how much they get paid and they explained it all. I think you just gotta talk to the right partners. New partners make 400-500k and some make 1m and some make even more.
Btw this is for pwc
