Past week i received my annual report and it is not what my manager promised me during our 1 on 1 earlier . So i have applied for IJP this week for sack of my career growth. I dont know whether i will receive anything. Even if i receive a call for interview, i am not confident whether i will be able to crack it.Will it later impact me, if i dont get selected during the interview and i have to stay in my current team where my manager knows that i opted for IJP ?

I messed up my screenshare in a meeting with 2 colleagues and showed my personal email that had scheduling info for my onsite interviews with another company. I closed it but it was up long enough for them to see it. Now they both pretend like they saw nothing and I felt panic for some reason. How were your experiences when letting it out the bag early like that?
