Has anyone else’s Corp cut services to G/T because of the pandemic? Mine has, and I am absolutely heartbroken for the kids. They need services now more than ever. However they keep hiring SpEd positions and offering more services for SoEd students because they say the need is greater. How can the needs for one end of the spectrum be greater than the other? Without laws, what can we do to ensure gifted students get the education they need and deserve? Suggestions?

So I’m in industry from big 4, and a colleague with same yoe comes from MBB. High paying tech firm. I think I work harder and produce quality content at speed, but they can hold executive conversations that tend to impress senior stakeholders.

Big 4 produces work horses and MBB produces leaders. Also they could be a work horse too since I don’t have full visibility.

I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me.
