Performance review is due today. I went in to the HR website to do mine and there were no goals entered, only company ones. I said I met them and sent it off at 3:50. A few minutes later I get a message from my boss stating they put my goals in for review at the very end of the day! How can I assess my goals when I get them after my review? What would you do? Go in and put them to exceed without explanation?

Has anyone got any idea when/ if we’ll ever be notified if we are “safe” I was told to expect comms today...

Thoughts on “special” salary grades. I just found out the VP I was offered is not a grade 12 like most comparable roles (verified). Also not an 11, but an 11A. Slightly higher than an 11, a good bit lower than a 12. All due to the fact that it’s a leap from my current position.
