Persistent limited is a scam ......

HR called a friend of mine and was forced to resign while on screen sharing.
He was trained on Big data (during internship) but got projects on different technologies. He got released from the project after 20th May and this week got the NAFB tag.

He has been aggressively asking the PM ,RM for projects but no luck.

Now HR says.. you will get 3 months of base salary and leave encashment which is penny amount.

What actions we can take now?

I think it’d be helpful if those of us who have exited into Bay Area tech start a comp thread so others can benchmark.

I have offer of 19 LPA from Optum which includes 2.5lpa variable

Today after HR round with Morgan Stanley they have given me the amount as 2365000 base + 141900 EmployerPF + 354750 Variable + 4.75 lakh relocation.

Now, I am totally confused which one should I proceed as the amount is also beyond expectations from Morgan.

Please help me in choosing one out of both of these.

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.

The pandemic took all the upside of an IB analyst life (client meetings in person, fancy trips, suit up, worshiped at networking events) and left all the juniors with the downside (long hours, monkey-like type of job, aggressive work environment).
