Pet insurance in US or regular vet in Tijuana?
I have two chihuahuas, both around 4 years old, and I'm debating whether to pay $1500 a year for their insurance or just take them to Tijuana for their medical needs. I have a global entry pass, so traveling back and forth isn't an issue. Both my dogs are healthy, but you never know when something might come up. What do you recommend? If I go with the Tijuana option, which vet would you suggest?

Hi! Does anyone know of any Public Health start ups hiring? I’ve worked for 2 start ups since 2020 but was laid off recently and I have been looking for a job since April.
