Bain & Company Is anyone else getting their application to Bain & Company pushed backed?
As of yesterday, even though I applied in May, and that while they liked my application, they will not be considering me till early 2023.
This is the second time they pushed back their consideration... 😞

Around $185 Base, ~35-45% bonus (depending on your performance), and another 10% profit share
The recruiter used the term “senior manager” but now Principal seems like it would be more appropriate based on my current role.
ATK Principal base is currently 200 but is supposed to increase in April. I’m guessing it goes up $10k since that was how much the Manager base went up this year. Bonus range varies based on individual and firm performance but I’ve heard of 35-70% plus 10% profit sharing. For Manager you’re looking at $175 to $190 depending on how “senior” they bring you in at plus 20% to 45% depending on individual performance and firm performance plus 10% profit sharing. So even if you come in as a junior Manager you’ll be making more all in than at your current job
Director Base is about 230 prior to comp match and bonus range is up to 67% (max bonus for top of the cream)
Making $215k base + 8% bonus = $232k total currently. Pinged for operations / supply chain strategy roles in consumer markets at the firms
ATK principal base ~ $220k, bonus upto 50% and 10% profit sharing contribution. The base assumes market correction this cycle.
Can Strategy& fish explain what the new senior manager role is? Are you tied to multiple clients or one? How years from M -> SM and SM -> Dir?
Should be 2-3 years @ M, 1-2 years @ SM, 3-5 years @ D. Not clear if SM works across multiple clients, probably. SM is supposedly just D1 but no sales targets
