Hi 👋🏻 Would love some support here - looking to build out a bonus structure for a Sales Engagement Mgr role - it isn't a typical sales role - this person will be closing deals but not necessarily securing leads. If they will be scoring leads, it will be organic via conferences, partnerships. Of course, we want to encourage and incentivize this person. Potentially giving then an extra 20-50k bonus potential. Right now I’m working as a junior product engineer in Amsterdam. From januari on I’ll be a medior product engineer. And now I’m in the middle of negotiating about my salary increase. The salary that I’m being offered feels low (41.5k).

I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I let her know out the gate that I really wasn’t looking to change jobs, but she just kept wanting to continuing the conversation. I didn’t have 2 interviews with the hiring coming and they know that I am not really looking to make a switch. They are now working on an offer letter and I know they’re going to offer me more money. Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher.
