I want to convey to all my fellow Wipro fishers that after a stint of almost 2.10 years in Wipro, I've decided to part ways (tendered my resignation yesterday). I got a 130% hike on the current CTC (CCTC - 17.28 LPA, New CTC - 38 LPA). The job is fully remote. Believe me I'm not bragging here but just letting you all know that have faith in yourself and keep hunting for better opportunities and you all will surely land up in a job you like with your dream salary.

My technology is Oracle apps technical with 9+ yrs of exp.
I have 3 offers please suggest which one i choose .
Current ctcs in IBM 11Lpa
TCS 19.5 Lpa ( including fixed + variable+ retention bonus)
Cognizant 18.7 (18fixed)
Wipro 20 (17 fixed + 3v)

I have submitted my resignation on Aug11th. I received a mail very next day from HR saying salary willbe put on hold for reliving month and immediate previous month will be put on hold as FNF dues.
Now half of the people I asked saying I won't get salary for August as well and half saying i will get salary for August. Can anyone confirm on this?

I have cleared interview with Wipro and while uploading the documents i uploade document but they mentioned LOA & education certificate are incorrect so i re-uploaded them but again they mentioned LOA is incorrect.. so i connected with the person who sent me the link to upload the doc but no help from her.. i tried to open the link today (17th March) evening but the link was not opening... what will be the next step.. how can i upload it again..
