My job was affected by COVID. I’m have a T20 MBA, closing in on two final round interviews one for a well know pharma consulting firm and the other for F 500 healthcare company as a regional ops director. I like both companies equally but looking to taking a shot at MBB in the next two years. Any advice?

I gave google silicon interview all 4 rounds 3+ months back, from then they are saying they want to hire me but headcount approval is not yet received.
Last week they said, lets go for one more round and finalize immediately. That interview also went very good.
Post that they didn't call back itself, they have stopped responding also.

Has anybody faced this issue? This I feel completely unprofessional and not really expected from Google.
