Can anyone please explain the promotion process followed here and specially at LCCI? If there's any minimum criteria like X no of years in a particular level, etc. followed while checking eligibility of an employee?
And also - what's the hike/increment range usually at the time of promotion?

What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.

Polsinelli has an amazing culture. Loved the Dallas office. I'm guessing pay is going to be well below NRF though.
It shouldn’t even be a competition. Norton Rose Fulbright.
NRF culture isn’t worse than Polsinelli. I don’t know why you’d think that. Also, NRF pays more and is more prestigious.
Agreed with other comments that NRF comp will be better but I also agree that Polsinelli (especially Dallas office) has amazing culture. I would see what feels right to you because you can’t go wrong
Leaning NRF based on reputation but hard without more info. What practice area will be critical to the analysis.

Practice group? What’s important to you?
Sorry I have no idea. The firm as a whole has a great culture and it comes from the top. But I will say it is group dependent how lucky you get, so only people in this group will be able to speak to that. I had a friend in IP but they’ve moved lol! Not the same I know but closer than my group (lit)
Do you have offers at both? If you are at the application or interview stage, do both. If you are at the offer stage, I’d base it on the teams that you met while interviewing + the difference in comp. No one else can really tell you the feeling you got when you saw that offer come in, but that feeling tends to be right.
