Please include acupuncture, prenatal massages focused on increasing blood flow to your uterus, and red light therapy. I’m currently pregnant with my 2nd IVF baby. I’m 2 for 2 successful with my PGT-A 5AA embryos.
Perfect! That’s what you need! Mine was a doctor as well, she specialized in Chinese medicine also.
Wishing you all the best! 🫶🏽🫶🏽
I’m waiting on results for my first FET. But I wanted to say, if you just hate the shots, studies show that there is no different in outcome with a mixed approach (PIO every 3 days, and suppositories the other days). The researchers believe that this was less stressful than a shot every day for some moms.
Sending baby dust and hugs! 💜
Good luck to you!!! 🙏🙏 . and yes that’s what my doctor reconfirmed as well… if there was one option tha had a confirmed higher success rate then I’d go with that, but since it’s the same it feels harder to decide! thank you!!
Rising Star
Fully medicated, long protocol on lupron and letrozole for 6 weeks
Worked the first transfer
Ask your doc about that and if that could increase your chances. Read some studies this has highest success rates

Also, i only had the suppositories for progesterone
We were successful with twins on the 3rd try. Had a miscarriage in the first, a chemical in the second. Third we decided to do a natural cycle with a trigger shot with daily monitoring. Based on my hormone levels we decided to postpone the transfer of 5D embryos until day 6 and that did the trick. FWIW, these were our last and lowest quality embryos (they're great now-- very high quality toddlers).
wow amazing story! thanks for sharing. my clinic won’t transfer 2 embryos at a time for twins.
Still deciding if we’ll do a natural cycle or medicated - leaning toward natural (no PIO shots)
I didn't know oral progesterone was a thing! I've used suppositories both times (endometrin 2x/day in 2022 and crinone 1x/day now). I am also taking oral estrogen because my transfer-day blood work came back low (same thing happened in 2022). Hoping to stop those pills tomorrow after my first ultrasound 🙂
