Project manager at big 4, 9 YOE (7 in consulting), been approached for AVP corp strategy/in-house management consulting role at a major bank (ex. Barclays, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse etc...), is this role too junior?

Currently a big 4 consultant and got an offer from FAANG for a strategy and ops role that would bring my total comp up 60%. I’m really grateful for the offer and really excited, however, I am also interviewing with MBB. It has always been a goal of mine to work for tier 1 strategy firm as I’ve always felt on the outside looking in at big4. I feel like most exit ops from strategy would be S&O industry roles but still can’t get these MBB firms out of my mind. Am I just overthinking this?

Should I put periods at the end of bullets on my resume?

How long do y’all like resume bullets to be? I know to keep them to 1-2 lines and to keep the resume to 1 page but I’m conflicted about how to balance details vs white space. I’m in product and see some resumes with bullets averaging 5-10 words that state “Manage roadmap for $200mm product” while others use ~20 words per bullet and highlight product info, process, or impact in a bit more detail.

Feeling disheartened after sending out 100+ applications with radio silence back. No rejections but no invited to interview either. I feel like my resume looks good, but I have not gone the referral route as of now. 1 YOE
