Google Can anyone @google give me a referral for the APMM position in Singapore? Because there I would have a higher chance of getting selected with a referral I wanted to ask if anyone could help me out with that.
I know this is a lot coming from a stranger, I can show you my career portfolio deck and the resume if you only feel that I am a good fit you can refer me. If you think I am not fit, no hard feelings just feedback would do.

But it’s cognizant
Please go. More people leaving is the only way I’m ever going to get a raise 😐
40K before taxes? Nah
You’ll grow more slowly there, probably
Go for a year and if you miss Deloitte go back with your new salary as a negotiating tool to get back up to market.
You’re under market on the deloitte side and Cogni is giving you a slightly better than market salary
Unless you make 500K and 40K isn’t all that significant then yes. Take the 40K. What’s the role ? I should look into them
Counter at Deloitte and stay there. Being a manager at Deloitte has way better exits than cognizant
I see people saying counter but I don’t necessarily agree cos you can counter on the salary, sure but not the title. And I don’t think Deloitte will be $160k for an SC. So it’s good money, take it and leave Deloitte without burning bridges. Come back 2 years later with a bump.
40k is a good raise. Takeit.
Go get it.
Ask for a counter at Deloitte
I had a cursed cognizant recruiter tell me same. Only to have the recruiter in charge burst that bubble. There are some unscrupulous cold callers out there. Check facts
This is the exit opportunity - GO!
You could get $150k at SC from D if you push.
Also when you become an M at cognizant, you will either be competing with our SMs for sales or competing for work that we wouldn’t touch...
So leave and come back is what I’m hearing
Cognizant is trying to get into higher margin consulting on top of their staff aug, but based on what I've heard from people that made the move the mindset just isn't there. And they have trouble selling on something other than price. Which is why I said go, but be prepared to bounce elsewhere in 12-18 months. Definitely don't burn any bridges.
Consulting - Manager in Digital Ops. 120K to $160K
Take it!
