Publicis Employees: has anyone successfully gotten an interview or call back by applying to an open position at a sister agency? I’ve done this a couple of times and when I check the status a few days later it says “not selected.” Curious if I’m not even getting past the automated screening process or if me being part of Publicis already is disqualifying me for some reason. In case it makes a difference, I’m at Director + level and looking to make a jump the next level.

When can we change projects? Is there a time limit or it can go on for years?

It’s so nice that every agency laying off people, have those left standing (and other agencies) trying to hustle jobs for their unemployed friends, but there are also a ton of people who were unemployed prior to Covid...so no severance, job hunting lot longer, and not earning income for longer time...hurting even MORE due to quarantine.

This place is not good for me mentally and I’ve only been here for 90 days. I should’ve listened to my gut but here we are. How do you handle remote teams being in different time zones? Right now we have a ton of team leaders on the west coast with the core team on the east coast and because of that urgent requests keep coming down after hours with the expectation to address it immediately. So at this point we’re working from 8am until like 11pm and nobody knows what to do to push back on it
