Pwc GC policy question- I am an SA but my I140 was filed for Manager title. Now if I leave after 6months of I140 approval but am still SA is the I140 valid so I can jump to another company, or is it nullified or something as I don’t have Manager title now. will the new company be able to leverage the priority date? Only 2 yr left on out of 6yrs of H1B.

I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Should I be concerned with that?

My h1b got picked up in lottery this year but case hasn’t been processed yet. Meanwhile I also applied for H4ead extension. What happens to it when H1b gets approved?

- My company has agreed to send me to their London office for a year (haven't yet filed application).
- OPT ends in late June, so I can stay till mid-late August (grace period).

Question:
