1. To lead a team of 3 in a project
2. To lead as Program Manager for a project ( 2 team members )
3. To work within any project as Db expert
4. To support BI team for data-extraction from EDW
5. Design, developed and maintained EDW
6. Design, developed & maintained a rating tool
7. Done a few POCs on Big Data, Spark-Scala

If we are billable on project in nagarro do we need to worry about recession for now .

I am considering an offer for an AE role (UK-LDN) where the base is £42k & OTE is £70k. The Regional GM has verbally promised to move it up to £50k base if I perform well during the probationary period, but I can’t have it in writing on the contract. I’ve tried to counter offer but they said I’m currently maxing the salary band (L4).
