Expand your network and have as many Partners go to bat for you as possible
It doesn't take much for them to talk positively about you at a CRT
I'm in a hard position where my RP is MC, but my last three engagement this FY have been with S& Partners. So I'm hoping my RP does his due diligence and really reaches out
Although the overlap, MC and S& Partners do not sit on the same CRT sessions
Could the S& partners just email your RP some quick highlights?
Yeah, that is likely what will happen. My RP has told me he'll be scheduling calls also. But the lost value is that the S& Partners will not be sitting on the CRT. So when my name comes up, my primarily ally with be my RP portraying highlights from his convos, not not personal experiences from anyone in the session

PwC2 I'd recommend getting your coach involved so at they they can do the right level of due diligence and follow up with the S& partners. They can then relay the findings to your RP (who should also do some due diligence)...
