PwC's raise seems to be massive.... hoping same thing coming up at EY soon!!

Hi I was just offered a CM Manager position at Evelance aka Anthem with moderate salary 100k with 10% bonus. I was previously making 110k with 10%. Recruiter said probably would not match my previous salary and I would have to justify why I want more that job offer. Has anyone ever experienced this?

I’m interviewing for a marketing manager role at a company based in SF. I’m genuinely excited about the role and the company but we’ve yet to discuss salary. I expect to be asked at some point, but my research has given me a VERY broad range. So I’m here to do a bit more research. I’ve got 5 very relevant years of experience and will have an associate manager directly reporting to me. How difficult is it to switch projects internally in TW? Is there any said amount of time you should be in a project before you can switch?

WFH Vs WF Office Vs Hybrid, Which one should you take?
If you are fresher, go for a WF Office setup. You will learn things beyond your work. In the initial phase of of your career, one needs to focus more on learning than on comfort. The interactions at office, meeting with collegues, conversations at the cafeteria, sense of responsibilty, the need to walk up on time to reach office etc will shape you for better.

Once you have a work experience of few year then any setup is fine. Go for WFH.

Currently a staff in audit - 6 months in. Glad to be learning a lot, and have had a generally positive experience at the firm other than a few interactions, some tough busy season nights. Really been intrigued by TAS/M&A, however, and had a few convos with a senior in TAS i know at the firm. It’s closer to what I studied, but don’t know how to make the jump as it seems an internal transfer could take 6+months/senior rank and a lot of convincing. Is it better to jump firms/has anyone done this?
