QQ for HR pros: How to handle disability discrimination?
I've been at my job 3+ years, really like it and do well.
Part of why I do well is I get ADA accommodations for documented disabilities (both visible & non-apparent).
I just got a new boss who doesn't believe me & immediately put me on a PIP telling me I must stop being disabled and stop using accommodations.
I'd like to keep my job - is there a way for my crippled ass to do this? Preferably without a lawsuit?

I’m having a really hard time with my changing body. 13 weeks, I don’t have too many bad side effects of pregnancy or anything so I consider myself lucky (no nausea ever etc) but I’m depressed at work, my skin is completely broken out and showing new broken face capillaries, and I’m not showing a bump yet so I just feel fat and big. Hi, anyone ever try using a ovulation test as a positive result for pregnancy test? I had an LH surge couple of weeks back and for the past few days my breasts are tender and I am having some taste aversions like yesterday yoghurt tasted like mud. Since my cycle is irregular I took another ovulation test today morning and it came back positive. This is my first time going through this and I am confused as to what is going on.
