Question about digital games - I bought an Xbox Series S for my kids (and me) for Christmas and am looking to buy a few games over the next week. It looks like I can buy some games in either Xbox One or Series x/s versions that are 20-40% more.

Is it worth the extra money for the s/x version or is the one version adequate since it is backwards compatible? We don't have a 4k tv so I'm inclined to just use the savings on an extra game or two.

I have a governmental entity client in Texas that wants to offer 6 weeks of paid parental leave for all employees, even those who aren’t eligible for FMLA. After the paid 6 weeks, the employee can choose to continue paid leave using any accrued personal leave.

Texas does not have a paid parental leave statute.
