Question for technology consultants in companies outside the Big4. Are you judged similarly to the big4 by way of utilization and revenue? Also, are any of you working fully remote? I’m relatively new but current am a SAP specialist consultant with a background in engineering/compliance.

If still WFH (all days)? How many months will it extend?
If hybrid has started, how many day per week is mandatory?

If there is a case that we have to quarantine again. Do you all think it is possible for store associates to work remotely? If so, what are some ways this could work? I fear another pandemic or outbreak and so many people being out of work again. I can't even fathom those that had jobs in retail that had little to no choice to not be remote.

What are your strategies for completing work efficiently? How do you figure out how long projects should take? A consistent piece of feedback on my yearly reviews has been that I over-bill & spend too much time on assignments. It’s something I actively work on, but I still have no concrete sense of how long I should spend on basic tasks (e.g., drafting a motion to dismiss). My firm is right to expect that I manage my time better as a mid-level associate. WFH has made my time management worse.

Is Zs associates still providing WFH allowance for new joiners. Please guide as I am going to join and I am planning to buy a comfortable chair, so I will decide the budget depends on the allowance will be provided or not. Please suggest.
