I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.
I was wondering if I have the necessary skills to transition into a tech sales role. If so, what would be the best role/fit for me?Amazon Salesforce Google @

Asking for a friend 😎
Base + bonus $$$
...Glassdoor...
Are you a consultant at D Human Capital? If you are the one with this opportunity, a) you are incredibly junior for this so I am super impressed and b) shouldn't you expect about a 25% base increase? Signing bonus I'd estimate 20-25k, performance bonus who knows-- up to 30%??
Director hr post varies by industry with highest in tech or finance (more opportunities for higher pay) base tbh 185-230k min + bonus = variable but could get good pref stock... good luck
Thanks P1. I'm not an HR consultant. Actually asking for a friend. HR Mgr (single data point) at same firm is ~150+15-25%. $220k seems like reasonable ask for base + bonus. Interested for your tale D1 as you seem to be knowledgeable but your assumptions, and therefore % increase, are wayyyy off base.
