R2R to FP&A transition. Need practical advice.
I have strong R2R/GL experience with Excel & Power BI, but reconciliations feel monotonous.
Questions:
Is it acceptable to reshape experience to match FP&A keywords for ATS?
Does “linking R2R to FP&A” actually help if CV isn’t shortlisted?
If I learn FP&A end-to-end externally and reflect it in CV, is that fair?
Or stay put and wait for an intrnal move?
That also not psible they also consider the exp.

I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range. That caused me to receive a much lower salary than expected. Should I renegotiate even when my manager said that she tried giving me more. Does HR really play that big of a role in this?

In terms of WLB and less stressful job, which one is better? to move in management role or stay in technical after having 11 yrs of experience.

I have US and Can. HR designations and about 3 yrs in HR in Canada. I'm currently in a process improvement role in healthcare, but really want to work in HR. I was recently (in April) fired from a good nursing position that I was at for 5 years. I reached out to my old ADON to get some information on where we had our vaccinations from and she told me that I should come back and the administrator that I had issues with is gone. Gratuity Form L is given to me, by what time can I expect the payment?

While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..
