Most are just rehashing what those have said in this app. Most will tell you it’s manager level but it really just depends on your skill set and what opportunities may be available to you at the time. Probably most important is whether you’re ready to make that exit or not...that’s probably the best time
Always gets me when ppl ask subjective opinion questions. Is it just for a poll? All depends on your situation and preferences
The best time is whenever you just got promoted and got your bonus. Regardless of level.
Manager and Partner are the best exit opps, Consultant and Senior Manager are the worst

To add to OP’s question, at what level should you consider an MBA if you want to pivot elsewhere?
D1 has it right in my opinion. Especially if you are able to get a higher comp than what your new promotion offers. The “best” level varies for everyone based on personal circumstances and career goals, but for me it was at Manager level.
For Deloitte I'd say Manager
